Yes. The platform processes PHI as a HIPAA Business Associate under a signed BAA, with safeguards built into every layer of the stack.
Does the platform integrate with external systems?
Yes — EHRs, pharmacies, labs, payment processors, and CRMs. Where no integration exists, we build it by hand against available APIs and webhooks.
Do you guarantee LegitScript certification?
No. Approval decisions are made solely by LegitScript. We cannot guarantee any outcome, approval rate, or timeline. We are an independent consultant and assist clients in preparing and submitting their own certification applications.
